Reminder system

In order to continuously maintain your dental health, we offer a reminder system that reminds you of your next appointments in writing, by telephone, e-mail or text message. These can be quarterly, every six months or annually, depending on your individual needs.

The importance of oral hygiene

Health benefits

Good oral hygiene is crucial for the health of your teeth and gums as well as for your general health. Regular care and professional prophylaxis can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. It can also reduce the risk of premature birth in pregnant women.

Regular dental check-ups

Regular dental check-ups are essential for maintaining your dental health. We recommend annual check-ups, but at least every two years. Small overview x-rays are also taken to detect caries at an early stage.

Nutrition and dental health

Many foods and drinks contain sugar and acids that can damage tooth enamel. A balanced diet with tooth-friendly foods such as vegetables, rice, cereals, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, quark and natural yoghurt supports your dental health. These foods are rich in vitamins and minerals and contain little acid and sugar.

Measures for dental diseases

Preservation of your teeth

Our aim is to preserve your teeth even if they are diseased:

Caries treatment:

Removal of the affected area and reconstruction of the tooth with a tooth-coloured filling (composite).

Root canal treatment:

Removal of the inflamed tissue, cleaning and filling of the tooth. Further information can be found in our special leaflet.

Periodontitis treatment:

In the case of gingivitis, we can prevent the progression of the disease and preserve your teeth by taking early action.
